If there is a specific item that you would like to purchase that we do not stock, you can request that our customer service team investigate if the item is available at our suppliers and request a special order.
However, please note that there are certain additional terms and conditions that apply when placing a special order:
- Delivery can take between 2 and 3 weeks
- Our supplier may charge additional postage on top of our postage charges
- Items are not eligible for any Runners Need discount
- Please ensure you know the size and colour before you order the item because if you decide to return a special order you may be charged an administration fee that will deducted from your refund. This does not apply to faulty goods.
