Once you order has been placed, there is a limited time in which we can amend the order before the order is processed. Please contact our customer service team for their advice.
If your order has already been despatched from the warehouse, you'll need to return the unwanted item following our Returns procedure. Please read 'How to return an item' for details on how to do this.
You may still see a pending payment after your order has been cancelled, this will be removed a few days after the cancellation. If your order has already been despatched we will try to recall the parcel from our carrier but you may have to return the parcel to us.
In the UK parcels can be refused at the point of delivery, and they will automatically be returned to us. If this is the case please email our returns team so we know to refund the item when it arrives back.
NOTE: Please remember that using this method to return items to us may result in a delay in your refund as our couriers may hold your package for up to 14 days before returning it to us and we are unable to refund items until we receive them back in our depot.
