Once your order has been signed for at our Head Office it usually takes 2 days for the returns team to process the parcel. If the exchange item is in stock in one of the stores it can take 3-5 days for the item to be received by our returns team for dispatch out to you.
If you are very short of time, please call us on 0845 100 1000 and we can check availability and, if possible, request in the item in advance for you
We advise sending your parcels back using a secure signed for service just in case it gets lost in transit. If your order has not been signed for after 15 working days from dispatch, please contact the delivery company to make a claim. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
